Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary

Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary situated at Asola village around in south Delhi city near of the Tughlaqabad. It was established in 1986 which spread in 6,874 acres area land. The sanctuary has Aravalli mountain Range which begins from Rajasthan state. The sanctuary has Maidangari, Asola and Shapur local villages. The sanctuary main attractions are thousands years old Aravalli Hill Range, Jackals, Porcupine, Jungle Cat, Civets, Black-naped Hare, Blackbuck, Nilgai, different species of butterflies and different types of the birds. The sanctuary also has a educational centre which about forest related. It is a protected area but forest department open it to visit children in summer and winter seasons.
